A. SCHOOL RENOVATIONS/ADDITIONS PROGRESS REPORTS: Ed Cook reported on-going progress.
B. CERTIFIED/CLASSIFIED/VOLUNTEER PERSONNEL ACTIONS: Reported to Board.
C. FAMILY/COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT YEAR END REPORT: Reported to Board. Mr. Eaton praised the number and quality of family and community activities that took place last year.
D. SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT: Mr. Eaton reported progress from the past year. Please look for a full story in the Commonwealth Journal.

III. ACTION ITEMS WITH DISCUSSION

A. TREASURER’S REPORT/AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF BILLS: Approved
B. CREATE/AMEND/ABOLISH PERSONNEL POSITIONS: Approved high school curriculum specialists, ESL instructor, deaf interpreters, nursing assistant, and SES childcare position.
C. BG-4 FINAL APPROVAL AND PAYMENT APPLICATION SOUTHERN ELEMENTARY: Approved
D. PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION PULASKI ELEMENTARY: Approved new parking to alleviate traffic problems experienced at peak times.
E. DISTRICT PAYROLL DATES 2002-2003: Approved. All 15th payrolls will be on the 15th except for December 13th, February 14th, March 14th, and June 13th. All 30th payrolls will be on the 30th except November 27th, December 20th, February 28th, and March 21st.
