II. RECOGNITION
- PULASKI SCHOOL BOARD AND DISTRICT ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT RECOGNITION – KSBA: Mr. David Baird, Executive Director Assistant of the Kentucky School Boards Association presented the board of education with a plaque of academic achievement as a school district reaching the state’s top 20% of CATS progress.
- DISTRICT PRISM RECIPIENTS: Recognized Elementary level PRISM recipients Janet New from Shopville Elementary and Kelli Atwell from Burnside Elementary and Administrative recipient Danita Ellis, High School Curriculum Specialist.

- STUDENT DROP-OUT REPORT: .06%
- SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT: Superintendent Tim Eaton reported the district’s technology operations and computer/technology lab will be relocating to the Area Technology Center to utilize the building’s additional space. Assistant Superintendent Marlene Haney reported that an average of 685 students participated in Fall Academy with a focus on improved math skills.
- ASSESSMENT RESPORT: District Assessment Coordinator, Carole Hancock provided a CATS testing overview for 2006.

- RECESS TO SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE CORPORATION MEETING
- CREATE/AMEND/ABOLISH PERSONNEL POSITIONS: Created several teacher and aide positions at Memorial Education Center and a Special Education Aide position at Oak Hill Elementary.
