  3. Superintendent’s Report: Superintendent Tim Eaton announced Gifted Education Week, February 12-16 and Engineering Week, February 19-23 with proclamation signings by County Judge Executive Barty Bullock; the new automated phone messaging service has been utilized notifying parents and staff of school closings receiving positive feedback; and a Local Planning Committee (LPC) has been formed to analyze the district’s fiscal and demographic data for future growth and expansion as part of the District Facility Plan.

  6. Create/Amend/Abolish Personnel Positions: Approved creation of District Project Lead the Way Instructor position at Central Office and amended Special Ed Aide and Child Care Director positions at Burnside Elementary.
