- Northern Middle School Academic Team: Recognized Northern
Middle School academic team members for 1st place overall in the District
Governor’s Cup Competition.

- Superintendent’s Report: Superintendent Eaton reported that school will be in session on February 16th, President’s Day to make up for a snow day; Eaton provided updates on recent legislation and state superintendent’s positions regarding testing; Assistant Superintendent Steve Butcher provided updates on Northern Elementary and Southwestern High School projects; Board members Cindy Price and Samantha Stevens provided highlights from their recent KSBA conference.

- BG-4/Final Pay Application/Change Order Nancy Elem. Addition: Approved
- Revised BG-4/Final Pay Application/Change Order NMS Classroom Addition: Approved
- Surplus Property and Advertise for Sealed Bids: Approved declaring tracts of land belonging to Northern Middle and Shopville Elementary as surplus property and advertise and accept bids reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
