Required Annual Registration

• Annual Requirement - All students must register each year to attend a school in the Pulaski County Schools District.
• Computer or Phone - The registration process can be completed on a computer using the links below or through the Parent Portal (Infinite Campus) app if you have an account set up already.

Registration Types

• Returning Student Registrations - If a student has ever attended a school in the Pulaski County School District, then they are a returning student and need to complete the Returning Student Registration.
• New Student Registrations - If a student has never attended a school in the Pulaski County School District, then they are a new student and need to complete the New Student Registration. This includes kindergarten students.

Documents Needed for Returning Student Registration
Before you begin the registration process, you will need to collect information and documents:

• Guardian Information
  • Valid email addresses
  • Work phone numbers
  • Cellphone numbers
  • Proof of residency - A document containing the legal guardian’s name with the student’s current address (e.g. utility bill, rent/lease agreement, mortgage statement, etc.)
  • Emergency Contacts/Parent Pick-up List - Full legal name, date of birth, and phone number for each person
• Student Information - All Students
  • Demographic information
  • Health/medication information

Special Notes

1. Confirmation Number - Write down your Confirmation Number if you leave the registration process before finishing.
2. Return to Saved Registration (click here) - To return to a registration where you left off, use this link and enter the Confirmation Number you wrote down earlier.

Documents Needed for New Student Registration
Before you begin the registration process, you will need to collect information and documents:

• Guardian Information
  • Valid email addresses

Early Start to Kindergarten (click here)

If your child turns five years old between August 2 and October 1 and you would like them to be considered for early Kindergarten enrollment, please complete the form linked above. After you submit the form, the District Elementary Supervisor will contact you to schedule an eligibility assessment. For questions, please contact Amy Polston at 606-679-1123.

Troubleshooting

• Computer Access - For families that do not have internet, computer, or email address, students can be registered at the schools during normal business hours. [Kiosk]
• Parent Portal Login Problems - For problems logging in to the parent portal, please contact your child’s school (contact info below) or email  denise.milligan@pulaski.kyschools.us.  Include your full name, date of birth, a phone number, name of student(s), Name of school(s) student(s) attend.
• Forgot Username/Password - The "forgot username/password" features only work if you have previously logged on via the portal link and have an Account Security email entered on your account.
• Uploading Documents - If you are unable to upload any of the requested documents, the documents will need to be delivered or emailed to the appropriate person at your child’s school (contact info below) before your child’s registration can be processed.
