Posters at the Capitol 2018

Kentucky High School Students were invited to participate with the universities across the Commonwealth in their “Posters at the Capitol” program.  This program is intended to help members of Kentucky’s legislature and the Governor better understand the importance of involving undergraduates in research, scholarly, and creative work.

Kentucky's best students and projects were invited to present their work in the Capitol building during a legislative session.  In previous years there has been significant traffic between presenters and State Legislators.  Students have the opportunity of expressing to legislators their innovative ideas and show off work they have completed.  This is a great opportunity for our students and programs.
