Immunizations

Effective July 1, 2018:    ALL students in preschool through twelfth grade must show proof of having received two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine to attend school.  These doses are given 6 months apart.

If the 2nd dose of Hepatitis A is not due when school starts then the student will be permitted to start if a new immunization certificate has been submitted that reflects the date of the vaccine. The second dose must be administered and an updated immunization certificate reflecting it submitted to the school within 2 weeks of the vaccine’s due date

Students ages 16 years or older must show proof of having received two doses of Meningococcal ACWY vaccine to attend school.  If the first dose of MenACWY was received at age sixteen, the second dose is not required for school entry.

To meet these requirements, a current certificate of immunization status or exemption must be provided to the school showing the date your child received these vaccine(s).

All students will be required to present a new current immunization or exemption certificate to receive teacher assignment or schedules
