ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR)

FAMILIES OF NEW STUDENTS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR

Be prepared for Online Registration (OLR) by gathering the following documentation:

  • Valid email address -- A valid email address is required to use this registration link below.
  • Proof of residency -- A document containing the legal guardian’s name with current address. Example: utility bill, rent/lease agreement, mortgage statement, etc.
  • Parent information -- Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information -- Birth certificate, current immunization certificate, previous school information
  • Preschool/Kindergarten Students -- Completed forms for eye exam, dental exam, and physical
  • Emergency Contacts/Pick-Up List -- Full legal name, date of birth, and phone number for each contact

Once you have gathered all your information, families of new students should log on to register their student: https://kyede11.infinitecampus.org/campus/apps/olr/application/login/email-choose-year

 

ANNUAL UPDATE/ REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR

Be prepared for Online Registration by gathering the following documentation:

  • Proof of residency – If you have an address change, a document containing the legal guardian’s name with current address is necessary. Example: utility bill, rent/lease agreement, mortgage statement, etc.
  • Parent information -- Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information -- Demographic and health/medication information
  • Emergency Contacts - Full legal name, date of birth and phone number for each contact

Families of returning students should log in to the PARENT PORTAL, choose "More", and then "Online Registration."  Remember to complete the Meal Benefits section as well.

NEED HELP?

  • Registration Tutorial Video -- A registration video tutorial can be found HERE.
  • FAQ -- Answers to frequently asked questions can be found HERE.
  • Computer Access -- For families that do not have internet, computer, or email address, students can be registered at the schools during normal business hours, using a supplied kiosk station.
  • Parent Portal Login Problems -- For problems logging in to the parent portal, please contact your child’s school (contact info below) or email renita.hall@pulaski.kyschools.us.  Include your full name, date of birth, a phone number, name of student(s), Name of school(s) student(s) attend.
  • Forgot Username/Password -- The "forgot username/password" features only work if you have previously logged on via the portal link and have an Account Security email entered on your account. If you need a password reset, please contact the school. 
  • Uploading Documents -- If you are unable to upload any of the requested documents, the documents will need to be delivered or emailed to the appropriate person at your child’s school (contact info below) before your child’s registration can be processed.

COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Popup blockers must be turned off for you to complete Online Registration
  • Phones/tablets are not recommended for completing Online Registration
  • Preferred browsers are Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
